At INDI & ARY we strive for 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE... however we are a small sister owned business and do our best to make sure you are happy but since we are only retailers and not the manufacture of the products we cannot guarantee that you will not have some sort of reaction or dissatisfaction with the product.
You may return any unopened, unused or defective item purchased from INDIANDARY.com within fifteen (15) days of the date you received your order. You will receive a full refund for unopened, unused or defective items in the original form of payment.
You may also return products that cause an allergic reaction, however we can only issue store credit for such occurrences within fifteen (15) days of the date you received your order.
Merchandise damaged in shipment may be returned for a full refund but a request for such a refund must be placed with INDI & ARY customer service within 48 hours of receipt (email@example.com).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged. You are responsible for return postage and any damage incurred on the return shipment.
To begin the Return process please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, first and last name on the order and billing zip code and the reason for your return. You will be contacted by a customer service representative to continue the process.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within thirty (30) days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. INDI & ARY, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return or request for refund. You will be notified of such reject via email should it occur.
